We’ve all had that feeling. When we really want to do something, but know for a fact God wouldn’t approve. We do it anyways. Then the guilt comes. We walk around wearing the guilt on our hearts and act like nothings wrong. But really deep down inside your just putting yourself to shame because you didn’t listen, because you did something wrong. We dwell on our mistakes. We let Satan take over our lives and become depressed. The one thing we forget to keep in mind is that our God is a very forgiving God. Very Forgiving. Ephesians 4:32 “Be kind and compassionate to one another, forgive each other just as in Christ God forgave you” He chooses to forgive because he loves us. We must stand strong and not dwell on our mistakes but learn from them. We must not let God get a hold of our lives and let the sins build on one another. We need to remain pure in the Lord. Dwelling will do nothing compared to God’s love and forgiveness. Forgive and forget because God does. Forgiveness is hard. Forgive yourself. Ask the Lord to guide you from making the same mistake again. Let him lead you in a Holy Life.
